Privacy notice

The VendBuddy Partner Program collects only what we need to run attribution and pay you accurately: your account email, the partner profile you provide, click events on your tracking link (IP and user-agent stored as salted hashes — not raw values), and the records of which vendors signed up through your link.

We don't share personal information about referred vendors with you. Your dashboard shows display names and aggregate counts only.

We don't sell partner data. We share with PayPal (or your chosen payout processor) only what's required to deliver payouts, and with our analytics and email providers only what's required to operate the program.
