Common questions
When do commissions get paid?
Monthly, on the 1st. We hold each commission for 30 days in case the vendor gets a refund, then send it via PayPal.
How long do I get credit for a click?
60 days. If someone clicks your link and signs up any time in the next 60 days, you get the credit. If they click another partner's link after yours, the most recent click wins.
What happens if a referred vendor cancels?
If they cancel and get a refund within 30 days of paying, that month's commission is taken back. After 30 days, it's locked in.
Can I run paid ads?
Yes, with limits — don't bid on "VendBuddy" in search ads, no spam, no "click my link, win a card"-style offers. Full rules in the partner agreement.
